Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant – Nashville, TN

Are you an experienced litigation paralegal or legal assistant looking for your next opportunity in Nashville? A well-established law firm is seeking a skilled professional to join their team and support attorneys specializing in insurance defense litigation, with some exposure to employment law.

Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery responses, and legal filings
Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, and scheduling
Organize and maintain case files (both electronic and physical)
Coordinate depositions, hearings, and client meetings
Conduct legal research using LexisNexis (as needed)
Utilize Clio for case management and documentation
Support attorneys with administrative tasks and scheduling

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation support, ideally within a law firm
Strong background in insurance defense; employment law experience is a plus
Proficiency in managing court filings and litigation calendars
Familiarity with Clio and LexisNexis preferred
