Navitus, in collaboration with Archimedes and its affiliates, is adding a Paralegal to our Madison, WI team. You will manage licensing processes, draft and template legal documents, organize corporate records, and research legislation with guidance from attorneys.

You will provide interpretation of regulations, support related to policy adoption, and perform general clerical duties to support Navitus and its subsidiaries. Hybrid work arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Typing speed and accuracy essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Imparts Navitus and SSM Health values in CQI activities.
• Manages licensing requirements for Navitus and subsidiaries.
• Conducts legal research and prepares memorandums of findings.
• Prepares contracts and correspondence for attorneys.
