Navitus is hiring a Paralegal in Madison, WI for a hybrid role. You will support licensing processes for Navitus and subsidiaries, draft legal documents, manage templates and corporate records, and perform legal research with supervision.

You will help interpret regulations and prepare correspondence for attorneys. The role requires a HS diploma (paralegal certificate preferred) and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Implements licensing processes for Navitus and subsidiaries.
• Drafts legal documents and templates, manages records and correspondence.
• Conducts legal research and prepares memorandums of findings.
• Prepares contracts and correspondence for review by attorneys.
• Files documents in digital and physical filing systems.
• Researches statutes, decisions, contracts and codes.
• Identifies regulatory changes and supports interpretation of rules and regulations.
