What You'll Do

As a Paralegal in Family Law and/or Civil Litigation, you'll play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients throughout every stage of a case. Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, disclosures, discovery, and trial exhibits.
• Conducting legal research and analyzing complex issues to support case strategy.
• Managing deadlines, filings, and case records across multiple matters.
• Organizing large volumes of documents, including preparing disclosure indexes, redacting, and Bates stamping.
• Assisting in trial preparation, from witness coordination to evidence management.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality while exercising sound judgment in all matters.
