• ~ Strong time management skills with the ability to meet all deadlines and prioritize workload.
• ~ Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams of attorneys, legal staff, court staff, clients, expert witnesses, etc.
• ~ Demonstrated interest in defense litigation.
• ~ Ability to perform legal research, experience with Lexis is a plus.
• ~ Familiarity with reviewing and obtaining medical records.
• ~ Experience with time entry billing in a law firm setting.
• ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required.

Paralegal – Commercial Transportation/Litigation - Remote from PA Weber Gallagher has an immediate opening for an experienced defense Litigation Paralegal for our Commercial Transportation Practice Group. The candidate will have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Pennsylvania. The individual will be responsible for supporting a team of attorneys with litigation tasks from inception through trial and close.
