The role emphasizes managing discovery, filings, trial preparation, and meticulous document control in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal in litigation or related field.
• Background in corporate, commercial, complex, or Chancery litigation preferred.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, filings, discovery, and case management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Assist with discovery, document review, case organization, filings, and trial preparation.
• Prepare and maintain litigation documents, exhibits, pleadings, and case files.
• Assist with deposition, hearing, trial, and appellate preparation.
• Manage case deadlines, calendars, and litigation-related materials.
• Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with substantive case preparation.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, courts, and other parties as needed.
