Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal in litigation or related field.
• Background in corporate, commercial, complex, or Chancery litigation preferred.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, filings, discovery, and case management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Assist with discovery, document review, case organization, filings, and trial preparation.
• Prepare and maintain litigation documents, exhibits, pleadings, and case files.
• Assist with deposition, hearing, trial, and appellate preparation.
• Manage case deadlines, calendars, and litigation-related materials.

We are seeking 2 experienced Paralegals to join a highly regarded Delaware corporate and commercial litigation boutique in Wilmington. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys on sophisticated, high-stakes matters involving some of the most complex areas of Delaware corporate litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Assist with discovery, document review, case organization, filings, and trial preparation
• Prepare and maintain litigation documents, exhibits, pleadings, and case files
• Assist with deposition, hearing, trial, and appellate preparation
• Manage case deadlines, calendars, and litigation-related materials
• Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with substantive case preparation
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, courts, and other parties as needed

Types of Matters

The practice handles both plaintiff and defense matters, including:

• Corporate control and proxy contests
• Complex commercial litigation
• Expedited litigation
• LP/LLC and alternative entity disputes
• Special committee & corporate counseling
• Trust litigation
• Delaware & Supreme Court appeals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in litigation
• Background in corporate, commercial, complex, or Chancery litigation strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, filings, discovery, and case management
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information and multiple priorities

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$100,000 – $110,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
