Job summary

Maron Marvel in Wilmington, Delaware seeks an experienced Paralegal to join our team in a hybrid role with three days per week in the office. You will manage cases from filing through resolution and support attorneys with research, writing, and document management in a fast-paced litigation environment.

The successful candidate will possess a Paralegal Certificate and a Bachelor's degree, with 2+ years of paralegal experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate required from accredited school.
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Preferable two-plus years’ minimum paralegal experience.
• Experience in personal injury or property damage litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report on cases from filing to resolution.
• Organize, analyze and summarize case documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, medical and employment records.
• Conduct docket searches and factual/legal research to support client defenses.
• Prepare reporting for upcoming trial-set and significant matters.
• Communicate effectively with counsel network across the country.
