Kruza Legal Search in Wilmington, Delaware seeks an experienced Corporate Litigation Paralegal to work closely with attorneys and prepare for trials. Significant Delaware Chancery Court experience is required.

This is a hybrid position (3 days in, 2 days out) with an excellent salary range of $100K to $130K, and college degree preferred but comparable experience considered. The cases handled are complex federal and state civil litigation, with emphasis on filings, hearings, and trial support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of law firm paralegal experience.
• Delaware Chancery Court proceedings experience.
• Civil litigation filings, hearings, and trial support.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case management.
• Handle court filings and calendar management.
• Support during hearings and coordinate with experts.

and court roles are met.
