Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters - IP disputes or corporate/commercial matters from strategy through trial
• Serve as Delaware counsel alongside national law firms on complex matters
• Appear before the Delaware Court of Chancery, District of Delaware, and other Delaware courts
• Communicate directly with clients and co-counsel on case strategy and status
