Akkodis is seeking a Paralegal Assistant Mandarin for a Fulltime position with a client located in New York City NY (3 days per week onsite).

Salary Range: $60k to $80k/ Year (The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)

Location: New York City NY (3 days per week onsite)

As a Paralegal/Legal Assistant, you will support our in-house legal team by ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure regulatory compliance, gaining valuable experience in broker-dealer regulations while contributing to the firm’s success.

Education and Experience:

• Must be bilingual in Chinese and English, with proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business administration, finance, economics, or a related field;
• Previous experience in a paralegal, administrative, or compliance-related role is preferred, but not required;
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.
