Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our confidential client's dynamic legal team in Grand Rapids, MI. This role focuses on administrative support, drafting documents, and managing files in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will conduct legal research, coordinate meetings and court appearances, and assist with trial materials while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in legal/administrative field.
  • Proven experience as Legal Assistant/Paralegal.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
