Qualifications

• California Paralegal Certificate or Paralegal Certification required
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5+ years of consecutive paralegal experience with the same employer
• Experience supporting attorneys in a law firm or corporate legal environment
• Strong legal drafting, editing, proofreading, and document preparation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and legal research skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and legal staff

Preferred Qualifications
