Job summary

You will work with attorneys, compliance staff, and investigators, handling deadlines and confidential information while growing practical legal experience under attorney guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in document-heavy legal or case support work.
• Ability to perform paralegal work under supervision of an attorney.
• Experience tracking multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Open licensing matters, organize materials and set up files.
• Prepare and coordinate initial notices and responses.
• Maintain complete case records and update team.
• Support drafting notices after cause findings with attorney review.
• Assist with filings and hearing materials for prosecutions.
• Coordinate with licensing staff, attorneys, and investigators to move matters forward.
