Our law firm is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Paralegal to join our team in a full-time, in-person role.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in supporting attorneys, staff, and clients with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, document organization, and file management
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and other case-related materials
- Maintain physical and electronic case files
- Calendar deadlines, hearings, meetings, and appointments
- Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties as needed
- Assist with printing, scanning, filing, mailing, and general administrative tasks
- Prepare exhibits, binders, and materials for meetings, hearings, mediations, or trials
- Conduct basic legal and factual research as assigned
- Help track case progress and ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a law office preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully

Compensation
$50,000.00 per year
