Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a full-time Paralegal to support an in-house legal and operations team. The role focuses on corporate legal, administrative duties, filing, documentation, and data analysis, acting as a liaison between the legal team and internal stakeholders.

Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams. Hybrid schedule based in Greenwich, CT, three days onsite per week.

  • Track projects, maintain organized documentation, and support contract workflows.
  • Use spreadsheets to analyze and manage legal and business data.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally on legal and operational matters.
  • Maintain and improve internal processes; assist in ongoing strategic projects.
  • Serve as a dependable point of contact for Operating Companies, demonstrating initiative, responsiveness, and a solutions‑first approach.
  • Support corporate filing, document organization, records maintenance, and other paralegal‑related administrative needs.

Role Summary:

This full‑time Paralegal role will support an in‑house legal and operations team, providing key support across corporate legal, administrative, filing, documentation, and analytical functions. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, takes ownership, keeps stakeholders informed with regular updates, and brings strong accountability, responsiveness, and professionalism.

  • Proficient in spreadsheets and capable of handling legal and business analysis
  • Experience as a paralegal supporting corporate in‑house legal teams strongly preferred
  • A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with a hunger to grow ideal for someone considering law school or building legal expertise
  • Legal and finance experience is helpful, but a proactive mindset and willingness to learn are more important
  • Hands‑on experience with filing, documentation, records management, and general legal administrative support

Compensation & Location:

  • Compensation range is approximately $75,000–$85,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • Hybrid schedule based in Greenwich, CT, with three days per week onsite
