Our client is a leading private investment firm seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join its in-house Legal team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this role offers broad exposure across commercial contracts, corporate governance, legal operations, and investment-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise a broad range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, engagement letters, vendor agreements, consulting agreements, service agreements, and other legal documentation.
- Support legal matters across the firm's investment platform and affiliated businesses, coordinating projects and assisting with day-to-day legal operations.
- Assist with investment-related transactions and the preparation, organization, and management of legal documentation.
- Maintain contract templates, legal policies, and contract playbooks to improve efficiency across the Legal Department.
- Support regulatory compliance through documentation, recordkeeping, and entity management.
- Coordinate with outside counsel and third-party service providers on a variety of legal matters.
- Assist with corporate governance activities, including maintaining corporate records and supporting board-related matters.
- Contribute to legal operations initiatives and process improvements across the Legal function.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of paralegal experience.
- Experience within private equity, asset management, investment management, banking, or another regulated financial institution, or supporting these clients within a law firm.
- Strong experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and legal documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with sound professional judgment.
- Experience supporting an in-house Legal Department or General Counsel is preferred.
- Exposure to private funds, investment transactions, or fund formation is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, contract management systems, and AI-powered productivity tools.
