Our client is a prestigious global law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal to support the Finance team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Chicago.

Job Details

1. Order UCC lien searches and obtain documents from local and federal sources
2. Review and analyze UCC lien search results
3. Create summary charts and other documents in database
4. Draft financial legal documents such as promissory notes and guarantees
5. Correspond with clients and other stakeholders
6. Assist with closings, including preparation of indexes and final document sets
7. Salary Range: $100-145k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
2. 4+ years’ experience as a Finance Paralegal
3. Must have UCC lien experience
