• Strong understanding of the deal lifecycle and complex transactions
• Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in MS Office and document management tools likeiManage
• Familiar with LexisNexis, Westlaw, and transactional software such asSimplyAgreeandLitera

What You’ll Do

• Manage deal lifecycle tasks: checklists, deadlines, and communications
• Prepare and review transaction documents for structured finance matters
• Organize diligence materials, compile signature pages, and finalize closing binders
• Review and file UCC financing statements and lien searches
• Collaborate with attorneys, internal teams, and external vendors

• Deliver accurate, efficient work that supports fee collection
• Maintain organized documentation throughout transactions
• Build strong collaboration across teams and vendors

Salary Range

$100,000 – 130,000 annually, based on experience
