Job Summary:

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join a high-performing transactional legal team in the Charlotte area. This is a growth opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to sophisticated real estate finance matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, the Paralegal will be instrumental in supporting attorneys through diligence review, drafting of loan documents, and closing coordination for complex transactions. The position offers hands-on experience with high-impact deals and the chance to grow within a dynamic legal practice.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in the execution of real estate finance transactions
Conduct and organize due diligence reviews
Draft and revise loan documents
Coordinate closing processes and manage related documentation
Maintain organized transaction files and timelines
Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and internal teams

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of paralegal experience in a law firm
Commercial real estate experience required (title/survey experience not required)
