Job summary

  • Review and distribute court notices to relevant stakeholders.

LHH is currently recruiting for a law firm in the Charlotte area. The firm is searching for a Litigation Paralegal to support their legal operations. This role is fully onsite and offers the opportunity to work closely with legal professionals on a variety of litigation matters, including commercial and bankruptcy cases. Parking will be covered fully by the employer. If you have a minimum of 3 years in Bankruptcy, particularly with Creditors' Rights, please apply!

Key Responsibilities
