Job summary

Software Resources has an immediate contract opening for a Paralegal in Burbank, CA. The 6+ month role is on-site four days a week, with Fridays remote, and pays $38–$41/hr DOE.

You will support production-related matters, draft and manage production contracts, organize files, and ensure confidentiality while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of paralegal experience in entertainment law, production law, or contract administration.
• Strong understanding of entertainment and media law principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple production matters simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive talent and production information.
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight production timelines and deadlines.
• Experience with talent agreements, releases, and rights documentation.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's Degree and/or qualifications to be a paralegal by certification or education and work experience as set forth by the American Bar Association and any applicable state codes
