Job summary

New London Public Schools is hiring an instructional support staff member to provide comprehensive support for K–12 students. This full-time position emphasizes creating a positive learning environment and working collaboratively with teachers and families. A minimum of an Associate's degree is required.

Successful candidates will assist teachers, support students' diverse needs, and help maintain a safe classroom. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Provides instructional and personal support to K–12 students under the direction of a licensed teacher.
• Helps create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Eligibility for background checks and compliance notices.
