New London Public Schools is hiring an instructional support staff member to provide comprehensive support for K–12 students. This full-time position emphasizes creating a positive learning environment and working collaboratively with teachers and families. A minimum of an Associate's degree is required.
Successful candidates will assist teachers, support students' diverse needs, and help maintain a safe classroom. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole is highly preferred.

Reports to: Executive Director of Student and Family Services, Principal or Designee
Salary: Starting at $19.29 per hour
Employment Terms: Full-Time, 10-Month

Provides instructional, behavioral, and personal support to K–12 students under the direction of a licensed teacher, helping create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes student success.
