Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 support to students with visual impairments, assisting with reading and adapting instructional materials.
• Integrate Braille materials to support classroom learning and student independence (experience preferred).
• Provide 1:1 ABA-based behavior therapy and implement individualized plans designed by a BCBA.
• IEP progress tracking: monitor and document behavior and academic responses.
• Support classroom and social development through behavior management and skill-building activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, TVIs, and specialists to maintain a safe learning environment.
