Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking Special Educational Paraprofessionals to support students across districts for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. You will focus on behavioral, social-emotional, and academic development while implementing IEP-based interventions and providing targeted classroom support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with children in school, camp, or care settings is preferred.
• Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students with disabilities, focusing on behavioral, social-emotional, academic, and educational development.
• Assist in implementing individualized behavior interventions and strategies outlined in IEPs and student support plans.
• Support students with academic tasks, classroom activities, and instructional materials based on their needs.
• Monitor and document student behavior, progress, and responses to interventions.
• Support positive behavior management and reinforce social-emotional, communication, and interpersonal skill development in the classroom.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and specialists to ensure consistency of supports.
