Ro Health is hiring dedicated paraeducators to support students for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond in Lemon Grove. This part-time or flexible schedule role focuses on behavioral, social-emotional, and academic development, with direct student support and collaboration with professionals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with children in school, camp, or care settings preferred.
• Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students with disabilities, focusing on behavioral, social-emotional, and academic development.
• Assist in implementing individualized behavior interventions and strategies outlined in IEPs.
• Monitor and document student behavior, progress, and responses to interventions.
• Support positive behavior management and reinforce social-emotional skill development in the classroom.
• Collaborate closely with Site Leaders, BCBAs, and specialists to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavioral supports.
• Facilitate one-on-one or small group sessions targeting behavioral goals and skill-building.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment that promotes student success.

Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on education and experience)
