Job summary

Ro Health in Mountain View, CA is hiring a Paraeducator for the 2026-2027 school year. This in-person role supports students with behavioral needs, applying ABA techniques in classroom and 1:1 settings. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM, with a pay range of $21.00–$32.00 per hour.

Candidates with childcare or ABA experience and a passion for student learning are encouraged to apply; a degree is preferred but not required. Benefits include PTO, health coverage, and 401K where eligible.

Qualifications

• Instructionally eligible as a baseline requirement
• Experience in childcare and/or ABA
• Associate’s degree preferred
• Experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong assessment skills
• Passion for supporting students in learning
• Team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Providing support either in a 1:1 or general classroom capacity
• Calm, clear, and concise communication with children and adults
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift up to 40 pounds
