Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking an engineer in training to become a Key Account Manager. You will build and nurture relationships with mill leadership, operations, maintenance and procurement teams to deliver value in papermaking, wet-end chemistry and production optimization.

You will conduct plant visits, system audits and performance evaluations, present metrics in quarterly reviews, and collaborate with internal specialists to implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with papermaking processes and wet-end chemistry is desirable.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with mill leadership, operations, maintenance and procurement teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for quarterly business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with mill leadership, operations teams, maintenance personnel, and procurement stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise related to papermaking processes and production optimization.
• Lead plant visits, system audits, and performance evaluations.
• Deliver value-based recommendations to improve machine efficiency, sheet quality, and production costs.
• Contribute to quarterly business reviews and present performance metrics to customers.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to implement customer solutions and help achieve revenue and retention objectives.
