Job summary

DuBois Chemicals seeks an experienced Paper & Pulp Technical Account Manager to bridge technical knowledge with customer needs in the Cincinnati area. You will act as a technical advisor, ensuring solutions improve the customer's operations while collaborating with Sales, R&D, and Portfolio teams.

The role requires 3+ years in paper/pulp chemicals, strong communication skills, and ability to travel up to 25%. A Bachelor's in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience with Paper and Pulp specialty chemical solutions.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
Experience documenting service findings in CRM.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary technical contact for paper mill accounts.
Offer strategic advice and best practices for implementation.
Address complex product-related queries and resolve issues.
Maintain knowledge of DuBois solutions and customer environments.
Educate customers on new features to drive adoption.
Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Portfolio teams.
Lead technical check-ins and participate in Business Reviews.
Provide regular feedback to PM and R&D teams.
Ensure service coverage and prevent churn.
