Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for paper mill accounts and build trust.
• Provide strategic advice on product implementation and optimization.
• Resolve complex product-related queries quickly to minimize disruption.
• Maintain deep knowledge of DuBois' chemical solutions and customer environments.
• Educate customers on new features to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Portfolio teams to meet goals.
• Lead technical check-ins and value-focused business reviews.
• Ensure coverage and prevent churn while expanding profitability.
