• Support production teams for two paper machines, filling in for vacancies as needed.
• Assist in preparation and maintaining department budgets and identify projects for new capital investments, cost reduction and equipment refurbishment.
• Determine training needs and administer appropriate training programs for salaried and hourly employees.
