Job summary

New-Indy Containerboard LLC in Hartford City, IN is seeking a seasoned Mill Supervisor to directly oversee 15 Non-Exempt Mill Technicians and lead the production team through safety, quality, and efficiency goals. You will interview, hire, train staff, plan and direct work, evaluate performance, manage RCFA with maintenance, and coordinate shutdowns with the Paper Machine Superintendent.

This role requires a high school diploma and prior management experience in papermaking or manufacturing;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a Setup Foreman or other Management roles.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new supervisor responsibilities.
• Ability to problem solve and address workplace issues.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises Mill Technicians and leads safety, production, quality and uptime goals.
