Responsibilities

Direct the day-to-day activities of the shift and resolve shift issues.
Ensure schedules and releases are met.
Manage performance and provide coaching for safety, attendance, training, quality, and productivity.
Prepare and distribute shift reports daily.
Mentor operators on paper machine fundamentals and safety practices.
Promote safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement actions.
