Job summary

The position requires 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, strong communication, and familiarity with SAP. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of Paper Machine supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift activities and direct day-to-day operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production KPIs are met.
• Develop skills and coach operators on paper machine basics.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments on improvement projects.
