Graphic Packaging International, a leading packaging manufacturer, seeks a Paper Machine Supervisory Manager to lead a 11–15 person shift, drive safety, quality and productivity, and partner on continuous improvement initiatives.
The role requires 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a paper environment, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus. The position involves 12-hour rotating shifts and a competitive salary range.

The Paper Machine Manufacturing Associate Manager provides supervision and direction to 11 - 15 employees as well as planning and controlling production performance as measured by key performance indicators. In addition, they ensure compliance to established safety rules/policies, customer quality and production specifications. Actively leads and participates in the plant safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement efforts. Works with employees to develop the necessary skills to perform job tasks as outlined in the work instructions.
