Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver one-on-one pediatric home health care in Pennsylvania. You will work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to provide focused nursing support to pediatric patients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.
