Care Options for Kids seeks an LPN to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in Pennsylvania. You will work closely with a registered nurse and the clinical leadership team to deliver skilled care in the home, ensuring patient safety, confidence, and continuity of care for each child.

The role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships, a supportive environment, and opportunities for professional growth, with a sign-on bonus and weekly pay.

Competenze

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license.
• TB skin test (PPD) or TB blood test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (in person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
