Care Options for Kids is seeking an LPN for pediatric home health in Pennsylvania. This role emphasizes focused, one-on-one care in the home, collaborating with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver skilled nursing services.

You will support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs, build meaningful patient relationships, and work in a setting that values safety and continuous support. Sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license.
• TB skin test or TB blood test.
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube/trach/vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities
