Qualifications

• Requires valid Pennsylvania LPN license.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QFT) is required.
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person) is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.
