A pediatric home health care provider seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide focused one-on-one care for pediatric patients in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License is required.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) is mandatory.
• Valid BLS CPR card must be obtained in person, not online.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Experience with G-tubes, trachs, or vents, or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care for pediatric patients in their homes.
• Support patients with skilled nursing needs under RN supervision.
• Work closely with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality care.

Skills

G-tube experience
