A pediatric home health care provider is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver dedicated one-on-one care to children in their homes within Pennsylvania. This role offers a supportive environment along with a competitive pay range of $30.00 to $34.00 per hour. Qualifications

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
