Who We Need

We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Pantry/Line Cook to join our back-of-house team. This full-time role is ideal for someone with at least one year of kitchen experience eager to learn from top professionals. Dependability, adaptability, and enthusiasm for a serious culinary program are essential.

What You’ll Do
  • Work closely with our kitchen team to execute menu items with precision and consistency
  • Prep, cook, and plate dishes during service under Chef Mendica’s guidance
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic during busy times
  • Collaborate effectively with peers to ensure smooth shifts
What We’re Looking For
  • At least one year of professional kitchen experience
  • Availability to work nights and weekends (full-time)
  • Flexibility, focus, and a desire to improve your craft

Work Environment
