Who We’re Looking For
This is a hands-on, full-spectrum kitchen role that involves everything from prep work to finishing plates. We’re looking for candidates with solid experience across multiple stations (pantry, grill, fry, sauté) and the flexibility to adapt to changing menus and event formats. Flexibility to work brunch, lunch, and dinner shifts. Capability to staff small events solo.

What You’ll Do
Arrive on time and ready to work in a collaborative kitchen environment
Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to prepare for each service
Execute prep, cooking, and plating with consistency and care
Maintain clean, organized kitchen spaces and follow all safety protocols
Communicate effectively with Kitchen and Event Management

What You’ll Bring
1+ year of experience in a professional kitchen environment
Familiarity with a range of stations and cooking methods
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Comfort working with changing menus and event timelines
A team-first attitude and willingness to learn from others

Compensation + Perks
Hourly pay starting at $19, commensurate with experience

Work Environment:
Requires prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and maneuvering throughout kitchen and event venues.

Availability on nights and weekends is essential.
