Sundial Beach Resort & Spa on Sanibel Island is seeking a Pantry Cook to join our culinary team. The role focuses on the cold line, prep for soups, salads, and buffet items, and maintaining pantry organization. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare soups, salads, cold and hot items for service and buffet stock.
• Assist with overall kitchen cleanliness and storage procedures.
• Set up pantry station before lunch and dinner service.
• Ensure consistent portion control and high-quality food.
• Maintain par levels and assist with inventory and ordering.
