Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division seeks a Training Associate - PNBD in Sumter, SC to develop, coordinate and deliver department-specific learning for the Panelboard area. You will create content, manage training records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering and developing training in a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional design
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear feedback to learners
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Local candidate preferred within 50-mile radius of Sumter facility

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, deliver, and maintain department training for all workers in the Panelboard area
• Develop content using media such as PowerPoint, video, and photography
• Partner with department leaders to update content and maintain records in LMS
• Serve as SME for Panelboard training
• Manage learning records and communications via monthly reports and matrices
• Support special training projects and benchmarking initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement and support 5S+ initiatives
