Copeland in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee Configuration and Panel Shop operations, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence. You will lead teams, troubleshoot production issues, and drive Lean and 5S improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an Associate’s degree preferred and at least two years of related experience. You’ll collaborate across departments, mentor staff, maintain safety standards, and prepare production reports while ensuring

Competenze

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with effective communication and leadership.
Associate’s degree preferred and two years related experience.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform basic numeric tasks.
Experience with ERP systems, MS Office, E-mail and Windows OS.
