Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Production Supervisor in Kennesaw, GA to manage daily operations in the Configuration and Panel Shop. You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while leading a multi-tasking team. Strong communication and leadership are required to drive improvements.

Responsibilities include training staff, monitoring performance, and collaborating with Cargo, Shipping, and Maintenance teams to optimize production. A AA degree and 2 years' related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Two years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Occasional bending, lifting, climbing steps.
• Can work with numbers accurately and possess good organizational skills.
• Computer skills including ERP systems, MS Office, E-mail, and current Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Safety compliance: enforcing safety procedures and audits.
• Production oversight: supervising activities and allocating resources.
• Quality control: ensure processes meet standards.
• Troubleshooting: resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Team management: lead and motivate production staff.
