Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Panel Layout, Technician II, G2 Location at our Greenwood, SC facility. The role involves assembling, wiring, and modifying electrical equipment per guidelines, with training on first shift during the initial period and a $1/hr shift differential on the listed shifts.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, tool proficiency, and at least 1 year of industrial manufacturing experience. Strong teamwork and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Skilled in the use of hand and air tools.
• 1 year of industrial manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation benefits offered.
• Candidates within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and modify work per guidelines for medium/high voltage equipment.
• Follow manufacturing drawings, instructions, and ISO/quality checklists.
• Mount/install electrical equipment and perform wiring as needed.
• Lift and assemble heavy copper parts.
• Report shortages to Kanban and other inventory controls.
• Train and coach colleagues for knowledge transfer.
