Job summary

Freeman Enclosure Systems is seeking a dependable Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Batavia, Ohio. This hands-on role requires reading basic prints and following assembly instructions to install panels, insulation, and perforated sheet metal.

You will work in a 3-4 person team, use hand and power tools, measure materials, and maintain a clean, safe workstation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in construction, drywall, framing or installation preferred.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read basic prints/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install panels and insulation per specs.
• Measure, cut, and install Rockwool insulation.
• Measure, cut, and install pink/batt insulation as required.
• Operate hand and power tools to install hardware and components.
• Work with perforated sheet metal and basic assembly hardware.
• Collaborate in a 3-4-person team to complete assemblies safely.
